In addition to its Technical Support service, Kleverware also provides User Support for any questions you may have relating to the use of our products.

This is available in 2 packages:

  • Standard User Support, which offers telephone assistance during normal office hours (9.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, except French public holidays).
    Each enquiry can be tracked using a specific ticket number.
  • Premium Support, which can be tailored to your needs.
